Refund & Return Policy — GrabNGo Online

Thank you for shopping with GrabNGo Online.
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7–14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

Certain products are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages).

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, fragrances, hygiene products).

  • Sale or clearance items (marked “Final Sale”).

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.

To start a return, contact us at support@grabngoonline.com with your order details and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and shipping address.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email that we’ve received your returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

If your refund is delayed beyond 10 business days, contact your bank or payment provider first, then email us at support@grabngoonline.com.


3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email support@grabngoonline.com with a photo of the defect or damage within 48 hours of delivery.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Email us at support@grabngoonline.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
    We’ll review your case and send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.


5. Shipping Returns

You’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a defect, wrong item, or mistake on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must go through the return process.
